Victor is our primary Search Engineer and is responsible for forking the Lucene and Solr combination source code we currently work on internally and in use on the benipal social e-commerce platform.

He is also responsible for developing the Solr HBase connector that greatly increased our indexing speeds to over 3000 documents/s.

He is an expert at Big Data Analytics and Search and has successfully worked with Millions of Files and 10s of Terabytes of data on our in-house Hadoop/HBase cluster.

Victor holds a Masters degree in Computer Applications and previously Lectured in a local college before joining us.
